Night HR Lead

We are seeking a Night HR Lead to manage all HR functions during night shifts. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws, and can effectively handle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies tailored for night operations, conducting employee training and performance evaluations, maintaining accurate employee records and reporting, and addressing employee concerns.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle conflict and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
