Ecommerce Sales Strategist

This role involves driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and solution-based sales. The ideal candidate will be adept in farming existing accounts, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and providing exceptional product solutions to clients.

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, business development, or a related role with a focus on relationship marketing and solution selling
  • Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools for pipeline management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Drive online revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans aimed at driving online revenue growth, including farming existing accounts and acquiring new customers through various online channels.
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, focusing on increasing customer retention through personalized service, regular touchpoints, and strategic product recommendations.
  • Identify Client Needs: Recommend tailored product solutions that maximize value and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Efficiently Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress and follow-ups.
