Revenue Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product distinct aspects and position against competitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Partner with Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Communicate Value Propositions: Articulate product distinct aspects and position against competitors through proposals and presentations.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting and Recovery: Report on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic account direction, and ensure timely recovery from customers.
- Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Drive Sales Process: Drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Articulate Product Distinctions: Clearly articulate product distinct aspects and position against competitors.
- Excellent Listening and Negotiation Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Qualifications: An MA/MBA degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
