As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service by greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will also answer inquiries regarding available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information on available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Provide support to clients by addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing projects, including their features, pricing, and availability, and provide accurate information to customers to assist them in finding suitable properties based on their preferences.
- Coordinate property viewings and appointments between clients and team members, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that clients receive timely reminders.
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork, forms, and documentation related to property inquiries and purchases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
- Follow up with clients after property viewings or interactions to gather feedback and address any additional questions or concerns they may have, maintaining ongoing communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies, providing support to other team members and departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred. A-levels or equivalent may also be considered.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach, are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications is necessary.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
