Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and deployment of our branded app, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding app-related matters.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the app lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues or bugs with assistance from cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training and support to customers on app functionality, features, and best practices, addressing questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the app's functionality, user experience, and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Address technical issues or user concerns related to the app promptly and effectively, providing timely resolution and support to minimize disruption to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong project management abilities, a positive personality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, demonstrating direct communication with customers and internal support teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying technical and process-based concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with various operating systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude and previous experience in B2B support roles.
