E-commerce Support Specialist

At TalentPop App, we're seeking a detail-oriented e-commerce specialist to support our team.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who's passionate about optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance product descriptions to improve clarity and conversion across all Shopify listings.
  • Conduct regular website reviews to identify errors or outdated information.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
  • Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust.
  • Update visual content, including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management and track fulfillment status.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
