Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team as a product sourcing expert. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and selecting profitable products to sell on Amazon.

Your main objective will be to find high-demand products that align with our business goals and have the potential for significant sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trending products, analyze competition, and determine potential profitability on Amazon.
  • Identify reliable suppliers for the selected products and establish relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, product features, and customer reviews, to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, consumer preferences, and Amazon policies to identify new product opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure product quality standards are met by monitoring customer reviews, addressing product issues, and coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment centers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify profitable product opportunities and evaluate market trends.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, keyword research, and other relevant Amazon tools and services.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for e-commerce and a drive to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
