Role Description

iGate Technologies Pakistan seeks a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project success through analysis and actionable insights, while maintaining excellent relationships with the Digital Team and senior management.

Main Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to analyze work progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective project tracking systems, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Present and report audit findings to senior management, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, facilitating timely information sharing and planning.
  • Contribute to meeting timelines and completion using digital and project management expertise.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Business Management.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in digital technology or similar sectors.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives, preferably within an executive office.
  • Experience in an IT-based company and working in the Digital Marketing Domain (SEO, PPC).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Auditing skills.
