Key Responsibilities

As a Manager of Employee Growth, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs that drive business results.

Working closely with the Learning and Development team, you will design and deliver training initiatives that meet the needs of the organization.

You will work with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.

Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required for this position, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
