Database Expert

Job Description:

We seek an experienced database specialist to lead our development team in planning and executing product support and development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in functional and technical expertise in database systems and be able to operate alongside senior business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements.

  • Work with key client business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise on database systems.
  • Manage process redesign and technical teams to implement functionality.
  • Lead teams in the design and delivery of database solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale, high-profile projects delivering to tight deadlines and gained a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong experience of database applications including Oracle and SQL.
  • Knowledge of some or all database HRMS modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, training & event management, benefits, ESS, MSS, payroll etc.
  • Techno-functional skills such as familiarity with database schema, workflow, SQL, TOAD, etc.

We are looking for candidates with at least 5-8 years experience with all aspects of a database HRMS implementation or upgrade project.
