We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in HR management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering group HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Managing job evaluation, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, and training programs.
  • Ensuring that recruitment and selection processes result in the appointment of highly skilled candidates.
  • Leading change management initiatives associated with organizational transformation.
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement employee development and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
