**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their skills and expertise in architecture, working with clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop building plans and blueprints using Auto-CAD software;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and presentations;
  • Conduct site visits to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the required standards;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create 3D views and models of buildings;
  • Perform other duties assigned by senior staff members or directors.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations;
  • Possession of a presentable personality and professional demeanor.
