A reputable organization seeks a candidate for senior living communities across the USA.

The ideal candidate must have extensive finance and accounts receivable experience in collection and Medicaid billing.

Key responsibilities include:
Collection Experience:

  • Prior experience working with foreign clients, especially in the USA.
  • Professional level proficiency in English.
Collections Process:
  • Monitoring payer responses to ensure prompt payment.
  • Developing a system to streamline collections.
Customer Engagement:
  • Establishing contacts with assigned customers to facilitate business objectives.
  • Integral part of routine Operations calls with team members in the USA.
Account Management:
  • Identifying the payment approval process for each customer and leveraging that for timely payment.
  • Maintaining complete records on all accounts including documentation on collection efforts.
Financial Acumen:
  • Evaluating solutions for continuous improvement pertaining to AR responsibility.
  • Ensuring cash postings are made on a timely basis and allocated correctly.
