Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and collections.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor and report on project financials, identifying potential discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present project accounting reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies related to receivables and project accounting practices.
- Analyze project financial data to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA or CMA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a focus on project accounting in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial data related to project accounting and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
