This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The position involves day-to-day management of social media campaigns across various platforms, creating and implementing content strategies to optimize engagement and reach, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute comprehensive social media content plans that captivate target audiences.
  2. Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  3. Oversee social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to develop engaging brand experiences.
  4. Lead a team of professionals comprising graphic designers, videographers, web developers, and content creators to drive innovative results.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, experience in crafting effective content strategies, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing principles.
  2. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing roles.
