We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centric design processes and usability principles, and will be able to develop creative solutions and interaction design concepts for mobile and web-based solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs, and will be able to own the entire design process from wireframes to prototypes to final designs.

Key responsibilities include setting design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research, identifying new product improvement opportunities, and analyzing how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.

About the Role
  • Develop deep empathy for users to inform your work and create simple, beautiful solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Fulfill requirements and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe programs, Figma, XD, Sketch, and other design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
  • Strong design skills, including effective use of color, form, and composition.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade around design concepts.
  • Good English reading and comprehension skills.
  • Experience owning the visual design of a product or project.
