Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to spearhead our Facebook advertising efforts.
This key position will be responsible for creating and implementing effective Facebook marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal user engagement and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of online marketing best practices, including A/B testing, performance marketing, and analytics. They will also have experience working with Facebook Ads and user tracking systems.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, able to develop and communicate effective strategies to internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing Facebook marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research and analyzing campaign data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging landing pages and optimize user experience
- Brainstorming creative growth strategies and writing compelling copy for Facebook Ads
- Providing monthly campaign reports and participating in team meetings to assess project progress
- Expertise in online marketing and measurement best practices
- Ability to develop and communicate effective strategies
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Detailed experience in A/B testing, performance marketing, and analytics
- Roots in brand and product marketing with an emphasis on strategic storytelling
- Experience creating credible, professional content that builds brands
