Hotel Front Desk Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk staff to maintain efficient operations and provide quality service to guests.
  • Train, direct, and coach team members to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Courteously answer inquiries, accept reservations, and utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue.

Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a related position with strong supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling systems.
  • Ability to operate computer systems, calculators, and telephones.
