Technology Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems and infrastructure.
About This JobThis role involves leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices, and managing IT projects including software upgrades, hardware installations, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT projects including software upgrades, hardware installations, and system integrations.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and support services.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
