Electronics Equipment Specialist

The Electronics Equipment Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at the plant. This includes implementing safety protocols, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, and collaborating with production staff and OEMs for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal functioning of electronics equipment installed across various plant sections.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive safety guidelines for electronic instruments and machines.
  • Maintain strict adherence to GMP/5S standards in assigned areas.
  • Verify proper working of panels at the plant, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic equipment issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with production staff and OEMs for system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Manage and update inventory of equipment related to PLCs and instrumentation.
  • Monitor log books accurately, identifying areas for corrective action.
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans.
  • Perform Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures effectively regarding equipment/accessories in designated areas.
  • Ensure timely updates of system backups.
  • Provide critical information on Spare Parts requirements to supervisors.
  • Contribute to EUR, WUR, and other improvement projects.
  • Engage in capability development programs.
  • Adhere strictly to QMS, Food Safety, and HSE management systems.
Candidate Qualifications

A degree in Electronics/Electrical or Instrumentation & Controls is essential. Additional certifications in safety protocols and quality management are highly desirable.
