We are looking for a skilled Sales Network Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through a well-managed Affiliate Network. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with real estate agents, channel partners, and dealers to achieve consistent and high-quality sales.

As a Sales Network Manager, you will lead the internal sales team in supporting affiliate-driven business and ensuring seamless execution of deals, while analyzing data to track affiliate effectiveness and making informed decisions to improve overall sales outcomes.

You will also be responsible for identifying, onboarding, training, and managing affiliates to ensure they are equipped and motivated to promote and sell assigned projects effectively.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree, 7-8 years of sales experience, and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in affiliate/channel partner management, preferably in the real estate sector.

You will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels or affiliate networks, as well as strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Additionally, you will need to have ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting business relationships, excellent understanding of real estate sales processes and regional market dynamics, and willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
