Data and Performance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data & Performance Analyst to oversee the performance of our e-commerce operations. This role involves building and automating performance dashboards, generating actionable insights from key business data, and collaborating across teams to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly profit & loss (P&L) for all marketplaces.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards to visualize KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Analyze account performance metrics across listings, sales, and inventory health.
  • Analyze SKU-level data on pricing, refunds, inventory health, and customer returns.
  • Identify revenue leakage and cost-saving opportunities across accounts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning related to sales.
  • Deliver insights and performance reports to leadership with clear recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon performance reporting or e-commerce analytics.
Key Skills:
  1. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to build pivot tables and dashboards.
  2. Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and P&L tracking.
  3. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  4. Comfortable interpreting large data sets and providing meaningful insights.
