We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Operations Assistant.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our TikTok Shop affiliate program, handling customer support, and conducting internet research. They will also be expected to organize data in Google Sheets and coordinate with influencers using AI tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney.

This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with the founder. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ecommerce platforms, social media, and online marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program
  2. Handle customer support via email and DM
  3. Conduct internet research and present findings clearly
  4. Organize data in Google Sheets
  5. Coordinate with influencers using AI tools
