We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing customized sales strategies, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, working closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals, strategies, and product offerings.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to prospective clients to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and virtual meetings to showcase our solutions to prospects, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals, strategies, and product offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
