**Job Overview**

This role is centered around managing a diverse portfolio of vendors, with the primary objective of achieving targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, and Deal Acquisition.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams such as finance, deals, partner care, and sales.
  • A proactive and data-driven approach is essential for making informed decisions that maximize vendor satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 400+ vendors.
  • Achieve targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, Deal Acquisition.
  • Reach out to vendors to sell growth products/tools on foodpanda platform and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain a vendor portfolio to generate revenue.
  • Provide end-to-end account management and after-sales service, being the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.
  • Create long-term relationships with accounts to maximize their return on investment, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Make data-driven decisions to understand vendor performance, ensuring high ROI and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as finance, deals, partner care, and sales to ensure a smooth vendor experience and troubleshoot issues.
