We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive who will assist the Manager Finance in maintaining financial controls in day-to-day transaction processing, bookkeeping, payroll administration, financial reporting, tax compliance, and management accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
  2. Process payroll, ensure timely payment to employees, and manage benefits administration.
  3. Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other management reports.
  4. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), laws, and international accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
