Organizational Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to drive growth and development within our digital printing sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing organization development initiatives that align with business objectives.

The specialist will work closely with leadership to ensure effective people management strategies and programs are in place.

Location: Faisalabad (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic people management programs, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  2. Collaborate with leaders to identify and address organization development needs and opportunities.
  3. Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Implement change management initiatives to support business growth and development.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with HR to ensure policies support business goals.
  6. Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure organizational development initiatives align with business objectives.
  7. Develop SOPs, policies, job descriptions, and documents according to best practices.
Requirements:

Up to 35 years old.

Minimum 5 years experience in organization development or related field.

Strong understanding of organization development principles and best practices.

Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Strong project management skills.

Relevant OD-related certifications required.
