Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our real estate projects, investment models, and the broader market landscape.">
  3. Actively identify and engage prospective investors through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms.">
  4. Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized investment consultations to clients, emphasizing long-term value and returns.">
  5. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the goals and financial profiles of potential investors.">
  6. BUILD strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business or referrals.">
  7. Maintain accurate client records, update the CRM system regularly, and generate timely sales reports and forecasts.">
  8. Collaborate with the marketing and project development teams to stay informed about project updates, launch events, and promotional activities.">
  9. Assist in organizing and conducting site visits, property tours, and investment seminars or webinars.">
  10. Stay updated on economic trends, property laws, taxation policies, and financial instruments relevant to real estate investment in Pakistan and abroad.">
  11. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and customer-centric service.">

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial consultancy.">

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.">
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.">
