Job Title:

Integrated Management Systems Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

About This Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).

The successful candidate will have expertise in interpreting ISO standards and their practical application within diverse organizational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain IMS compliant with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  2. Ensure quality, business continuity, environmental, health, and safety processes align with ISO standards.
  3. Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards.
  4. Identify opportunities for improvement within IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
  6. Communicate and ensure adherence to all ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
  7. Implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory authorities.
  8. Develop and maintain change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in ISO standards highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing and managing QMS preferably across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Expertise in interpreting ISO standards and their practical application within diverse organizational contexts.
  • Proven track record in conducting internal and external audits, and managing certification processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
