Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and updating product listings on various eCommerce platforms. Your primary goal will be to optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and update product listings on popular eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Handle customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely order fulfillment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment centers and suppliers to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
  • Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and their features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing principles.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
