Job Title: Chief Digital Transformation Officer

 

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our digital transformation strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to revolutionize the way we operate and engage with our stakeholders.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Transformation Strategy
    • Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market opportunities.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Leverage Emerging Technologies and Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the digital agriculture industry, identifying opportunities to enhance our operations and services.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain a network of digital agriculture collaborators within and outside our region, acting as a primary point of contact for global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Across Functions
    • Collaborate with our digital marketing team to optimize digital marketing campaigns and content through data-oriented segmentation, hyper-targeting, and lead generation.

 

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading positions in AgTech, Telcos, Fintech, consulting, or tech industry.
  • Hands-on experience with digital products, UI/UX, AgTech, and a good understanding of the digital ecosystem in Pakistan.
  • Strong business acumen, including developing robust business plans and action plans for specific opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills, including communication and stakeholder management.
