Job Title: Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill a key position in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in procurement management for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor relationships, particularly in government and semi-government departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks to make informed decisions.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in procurement management at a senior level.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
