Project Manager

The role of a Project Manager is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders, program managers, and software architects to drive project objectives forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Build close relationships with Customer Stakeholders, Program Manager, and Software Architect to drive team deliverables and goals.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes, delivery excellence, and leadership quality.
  • Project Planning: Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize SCRUM or Kanban methodologies, tailoring them according to project needs.
  • Team Management: Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional project team.
  • Compliance: Liaise with Process Audit and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Reviews: Set team goals and guide the team through bi-annual performance reviews.
  • Software Development: Possess knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Have 5-8 years of experience in reputable software organizations.
  • Coding Experience: Possess hands-on coding/development experience in software projects.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Be an effective people manager, capable of leading cross-functional teams respectfully.
  • Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of SCRUM is essential. Proficiency with tools like JIRA and DevOps is required.
  • Dynamics365 Implementation: Experience in Dynamics365 implementation is a must.
