Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for HVAC and amenities services, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities, providing expert guidance to the team.
  • Lead and manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined objectives.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations.
  • Identify and assess risks under management/ownership, developing effective risk response strategies.
Requirements
  • Engineering Graduate (preferably in Mechanical)
  • At least 9 years of experience in a similar role
