Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of Plant Engineers and Maintenance specialists in charge of electrical and mechanical tasks.

You will oversee the repair, maintenance, and design of electrical distribution panels and utilities to ensure optimal plant performance.

  • Extensive experience in electrical power distribution and electronic card repair is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Generators, Compressors, heavy blowers, centrifugal pumps, Pneumatic tools, Gas/Diesel burners, Spot Welding equipment is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant engineering and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Plant Engineers and Maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee repair, maintenance, and design of electrical distribution panels and utilities.
  • Ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
