Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach: Plan and execute sales visits to engage with potential customers and build relationships.
- Solution Demonstrations: Effectively demonstrate software solutions to showcase their value and benefits.
- New Business Development: Establish new business connections and identify growth opportunities in the Software/IT Industry.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions, customer data, and performance metrics.
- Industry Events: Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand the network and visibility.
- Sales Performance Review: Regularly review sales performance to analyze successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and packages with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Target Achievement: Strive to achieve monthly or annual sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Education: Graduates, Masters (B.com, M.com, MBA, BBA, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred), with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities concurrently, driving results and growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Multitasking: Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
