Creative Director

Lead the Creative Direction for Portfolio of Brands

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead our team and shape the visual identity and storytelling of our brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual content and creative strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Vision and Strategy:
    • Develop and lead the overall creative vision and strategy for all brands within the portfolio, ensuring each brand maintains a unique identity while aligning with strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns.
  • Content Production and Oversight:
    • Oversee the creation and production of all visual and multimedia content, including product photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting.
    • Ensure all creative content meets high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Brand Identity and Consistency:
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for each brand within the portfolio, ensuring consistent application of brand elements.
    • Train and guide internal teams and external partners to adhere to brand standards.
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, social media initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure creative assets effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • Innovation and Creative Trends:
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative technologies to ensure all creative output remains innovative and competitive.
    • Continuously explore new creative concepts, formats, and channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Encourage creativity, professional growth, and high performance within the team.
  • Performance and Analytics:
    • Analyze the performance of creative assets, using data-driven insights to refine creative strategies and optimize content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product Development team to create packaging, product images, and other creative materials that align with brand aesthetics and product specifications.
