Job Opportunity: Architectural Designer

Success in this role hinges on a robust foundation in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software is essential for creating high-quality architectural designs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative architectural designs and detailed construction documents using industry-standard software.
  2. Create sophisticated visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  3. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  4. Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections to meet exceptional standards.
  5. Produce comprehensive construction drawings and specifications.
  6. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field of study.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  4. Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  5. Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  6. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with sustainable design practices.
  2. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
