Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences for our internal tools, client dashboards, and cloud-native platforms.

\

This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and visual execution—translating business complexity into clean, functional, and modern interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are both technically robust and delightful to use.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Translate user needs and business goals into structured user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces\
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web-based applications, focusing on dashboards, admin panels, and data-intensive workflows\
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and visual consistency across platforms\
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency from handoff to implementation\
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions\
  • Presentation of design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients\
  • Evaluate accessibility standards and responsive behaviors in all design solutions\
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and analytics\
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field is required\
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments\
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, libraries) and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Sketch is beneficial\
  • Strong grasp of interaction design principles, UX heuristics, and responsive design frameworks\
  • Experience designing structured, component-driven interfaces for dashboards, admin portals, and internal tools\
  • Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints, business requirements, and performance considerations\
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and design collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams\
  • Good understanding of AWS ecosystem or cloud-native application workflows is desirable\
