Job Title: Senior Medical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced medical professional to fill the position of Senior Registrar.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage clinical and academic activities within the department.
  • Delegate duties to junior staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Manage, supervise and train postgraduate trainees and other paramedical staff.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration to deliver quality education and health services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Deliver lectures, seminars and practical skills training to students.
  • Facilitate postgraduate trainees in clinical presentation and small group discussions.
  • Organize conferences and meetings in collaboration with other professional organizations.
Required Skills:

  • Clinical practices and team management skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and self-determination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
