Job Title:
MERN Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
* Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Nice to Have:
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
* Experience with TypeScript.
* Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.

Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in web development, with hands-on experience in the MERN stack.
* Proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks and libraries.
* Experience with React.js and Node.js.
* Understanding of Express.js and MongoDB.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
* Familiarity with Git and version control.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
