  5. Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and research to enhance client social media presence.
  6. Refining the community management process and its associated tools.
  7. Determining voice, tone, and brand character for each brand within the client portfolio.
  8. Purchasing and optimizing social media ads.
  9. Authoring digital assets, including websites, email marketing, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of social media and networking principles.
  • Proven experience as a community manager.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and web technologies.
