Community & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the role of Community & Social Media Marketing Specialist.

This pivotal team member will spearhead community engagement across multiple platforms and lead our social media efforts to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Your mission will be to cultivate a thriving community culture while orchestrating strategic social media initiatives to propel our marketing objectives forward.

The job involves cultivating relationships with brand advocates, encouraging them to share positive experiences and testimonials. We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture by facilitating meaningful interactions, discussions, and activities.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product development, customer support, and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its community, representing the voice of the community internally and advocating for their needs and interests.

Social Media Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various platforms.
  • Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, aligning with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a conversational level of English.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with commuting to an office location.
