Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through effective channel sales management, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

As a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for developing and executing a formal Partner Program strategy to drive revenue growth, onboarding new partners and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies through channel partners to meet revenue targets, analyzing customer and business needs to identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, technical, marketing) to support partner requests, monitoring partner performance regularly and maintaining high partner satisfaction rates, nurturing positive relationships with the sales team, key contacts, and top management within partner organizations, managing sales funnels, forecast, and opportunities, driving and executing sales and marketing campaigns, and providing training and support to channel partners to enhance their capabilities.

Requirements include prior experience in IT/Cybersecurity preferred; minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience required. An MBA in Marketing or related field is an asset. A self-motivated, energetic team player with a clear vision to develop, plan, analyze, and assess channel sales plans and strategies is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a formal Partner Program strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Onboard new partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing strategies through channel partners to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze customer and business needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, marketing) to support partner requests.
  • Monitor partner performance regularly and maintain high partner satisfaction rates.
  • Nurture positive relationships with the sales team, key contacts, and top management within partner organizations.
  • Manage sales funnels, forecast, and opportunities.
  • Drive and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their capabilities.
