BDM Role Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic partnership-building, market penetration, and revenue growth. The BDM is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

The key tasks of the BDM include:

  • Market Research: Conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Strategic Partnership-Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

The BDM will also be responsible for leading sales negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals. They will conduct competitor analysis to position the company effectively in the market.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the Pakistani market, business regulations, and customer behavior. They should also have proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies successfully.
