Job Title: Senior Governance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned governance expert to join our team and contribute to the development of integrated district health action plans.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with expertise in public health, health administration, or a related field to make a meaningful impact in the health sector.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with district health offices and national health support programs to strengthen governance structures, develop evidence-based policies, and enhance management systems.

Key responsibilities include revising governance structures, designing and implementing performance management systems, and promoting accountability and transparency throughout the health system.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in health governance, policy development, and institutional strengthening.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational assessment, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive governance reforms and build consensus across multiple levels of the health system.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to designing and implementing accountability and performance management systems.
