Human Resource Manager - Consulting

A skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager is required to lead our team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish job descriptions and monitor employee performance with department heads.
  • Set objectives for positions and contracts, and create annual appraisal sheets.
  • Determine annual salary increases according to current year remuneration.
  • Manage employee movements, mass remuneration, and promotions.
  • Prepare business plans and present training strategies for clients.
  • Supervise the Training Unit for clients and control monthly evolution of training plans.
  • Create an annual summary and determine outcome of training plan.
  • Establish internal and external announcements on vacancies.
  • Filter resumes received according to required criteria and test candidates' skills and knowledge through interviews.
  • Arrange interview panels for client recruitment and integrate new recruits through personal presentations.
  • Explain company structure to new recruits and create employee files (Administrative, Payroll, Absence, Various).
  • Coordinate between local authorities and employees on country legislation and calculate leave taken and make monthly summaries.
  • Manage administrative files, negotiate medical insurance and work injury contracts, and manage additions and deletions with insurance according to employee movements.
  • Establish work contracts and work certificates, and determine compensation and benefits according to yearly budget.
  • Manage payroll and leave record management.
