Job Title: Senior Strategic Advisor for People & Organization

As a senior strategic advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that support the company's long-term vision. This includes ensuring that People & Organization priorities are deeply embedded within core business strategies.

Key responsibilities include driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience, promote an inclusive and high-performing culture, and deliver sustainable talent outcomes. You will work closely with functional leaders to advance workforce readiness, strengthen leadership capability, and accelerate company-wide performance through aligned people strategies.

  • Develop and implement effective business partnering services across the organization, providing expert advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, rewards, retention, performance enhancement, employee engagement, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead, coach, and manage Business Growth Partners in delivering exceptional service quality while fostering collaboration across departments and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Oversee people management policies, practices, and procedures to provide an optimal working environment, promote a culture of excellence, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
  • Competencies in Strategic HR Business Partnership, Business Acumen & Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, and Performance Management.
