
Office Support Staff

Our ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This includes maintaining files, tracking important documents, and managing supply inventory.
Data entry is also a key responsibility, using back-office computer systems to perform basic tasks efficiently.
Additionally, this role involves answering phones, taking messages, handling mail, and scheduling appointments in a professional manner.
We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
