Job Title: RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Analyze and document existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate manual workflows into RPA specifications.
  • Develop scalable and efficient RPA solutions that meet business needs.
  • Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they meet design specifications and are ready for production deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all automation projects.
Requirements:
  • Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and project managers to gather requirements, define scope, and translate manual workflows into RPA specifications.
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and reusable automation workflows using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented automation scripts, adhering to best practices, governance, and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling to ensure the stability and accuracy of automation solutions.
  • Work with data and process owners to integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases when necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest RPA tools, AI/LLM capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in agile meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to track progress and provide updates on project status.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, report issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization, automation, and enhancement.
